First off, round of applause for one of my favorite bartenders in the city at Del Toro. “Hormigo”
Everytime he makes this drink for me, I leave feeling like I can DO ANYTHING.
Yes, this includes sending a flirty text to all the cute boys I know.

So everyone that KNOWS me can tell you that well, I love seafood. Shrimp, Crab, Lobster, Salmon, Shark…I will eat ALL of it.
Decided to try Devon Seafood in Chicago, and I must admit the 25.00 gift certificate they send you on your birthday brought me there.
For starters, they bring out these biscuits. The HONEY butter made it worth eating about 2 of these despite my carb cutback.
Next, I tried one of their speciality drinks. This was called: the Blackberry Lemonade. It’s make with Grey Goose Vodka, Chambord, fresh squeezed lemon juice, pure cane syrup, and Prosecco float.
Coming from a girl who drinks the (3) wise men regularly…(Jameson, Jack, and Don)
This was a cute drink. Sidenote: I was with my mom so she’d rather me drink something in a martini class with a vibrant color.
For my entree, I went simple. I decided to try the Maine Lobster Bisque soup and Grilled Salmon Panzanella. A fancy way to say: Salmon over a bed of spinach.
Decor: Posh, Trendy
Service: Staff was attentive and food came in a reasonable time frame.
Extras: Would definitely come again to try the lobster spaghetti and chipotle grilled shrimp enchiladas.
$$$ - Definitely come for happy hour between 4-7 or 9-10. Each day varies but you can sample appetizers for about $6.00 - $7.00.
Ok…so Mac & Cheese that has sour cream and chives (add bacon if you bout that life) and it tastes like…magic in a bowl.
